POLLING AVERAGE
The Russian Federation under Vladimir Putin (*) is widely considered an authoritarian regime. Polling results are therefore unlikely to reflect the true will of the people. Even pollsters not affiliated with the government may face difficulties accurately measuring public opinion, as respondents may refrain from expressing their genuine political views due to fear of repercussions. To avoid legitimising the regime, we therefore do not publish polling or election results for the Russian Federation.
